Terms of Use

By accessing or using the MindFN website, platform, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. MindFN Ltd is registered in England and Wales, and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

In these Terms: "MindFN", "we", "us" means MindFN Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales; "you", "user" means any person who accesses or uses the Service; "Service" means the MindFN platform, including its website, applications, signals, data, and features; "Signals" means trading signals and related data generated by our proprietary algorithm engine; "Subscription" means a paid plan giving you access to the Service for a recurring monthly fee.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

MindFN is a real-time trading signal intelligence platform. It monitors more than 275 financial instruments across multiple asset classes and timeframes and delivers structured signals, market data, and analytical tools for informational purposes. The Service provides data and signals only. It does not execute trades, connect to brokers, manage portfolios, or place orders on your behalf.

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

• MindFN is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager.
• Signals and data are provided for information only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.
• Trading in financial markets carries a high risk of loss, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• We do not guarantee any outcome, profit, or level of performance from following any signal.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should seek independent professional advice before making them.

To access the core features of the Service you must register an account with accurate, current, and complete details. You must keep your password secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may hold only one account per person. We verify email addresses and phone numbers during registration, and you must keep your details up to date.

• Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No credit or debit card is required for the trial.
• After the trial, access is available through three monthly plans: Essentials, Markets, and Elite. Each plan covers a different set of asset classes.
• Payments are processed on our behalf by Stripe. Your payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by us.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel them.
• We may change our prices. Where we do, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
• Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which are added where required by law.

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep access until then. Consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which these Terms do not affect. If you are a new consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel; however, for digital services that begin immediately with your express consent, that right can be lost once the service has started. When using the Service you must not:

• scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the signals or data provided by the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the platform;
• share, sell, or resell your account or account credentials;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm the platform, MindFN, or other users.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, databases, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to MindFN Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws, including the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. Your Subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service. You acquire no other rights in the Service or its content.

The Service relies on third-party providers, such as Stripe for payment processing, to operate. Your use of those third-party services is also subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party providers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, nor that signals, data, or other information will be accurate, complete, or profitable. We disclaim all other warranties and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by the law of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to this, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time. When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops, and these Terms continue to apply where they are meant to survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of this page is the effective date of the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if the dispute is not resolved, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
